Uploading 1.3 which doesn't need git anymore, finally got time to check out the feature vnoel described (github auto-tarball generation). If there's a checksum error just get the new checksum, I've read reports online that the auto-generated tarball is not guaranteed to have to same md5sum all the time. This should produce the same binary and frontend as the compiled debian versions available from upstream. Anyone wanting to get it directly from git, please upload/maintain heimdall-git.

please update it, this version doesn't support Samsung Galaxy II. but build from github works.

Did you even try the package? This IS 1.3, and it supports the Galaxy S2 (I'm using that phone myself).
