[pm-suspend] resume - l'ecran reste noir

Bonjour,

Linux asus 3.4.3-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Jun 18 08:07:54 UTC 2012 i686 GNU/Linux
nvidia driver version : 302.17

j'ai un probleme avec pm-suspend:
afin d'avoir le moins d'effect de bord
je boot, en root en CLI je demande pm-suspend

le portable se met bien en sommeil (led clignotante)
mais lorsque je demande le reveil l'ecran reste noir.

le truc c'est que le pc est bien vivant en dessous mais l'ecran n'affiche rien.

j'ai fais un pacman -U pour revenir au kernel 3.3.7 mais cela n'a pas arrangé la chose.
j'ai aussi testé sans le driver nvidia sans succes.

Y a il une commande a rajouter dans /etc/pm/sleep.d ?

J'ai eu récemment un doucis semblable.
Vérifie voir une chose : la résolution de ta console.

sur ta ligne d'options au boot, est-ce que tu as un truc du genre vga=773 (ou autre chiffres)
pour afficher une console en meilleure résolution que du bête 640x480.

Moi, j'avais, et ça marchait au poil depuis des années.

Depuis les nvidia 302 et je ne sais plus quelle mise à jour,
j'ai des problèmes au "resume" : écran noir.

Par rapport à ton problème par contre, j'avais des warnings dans mes logs, du genre "NVRAM : pas content votre console doit être en vga"

J'ai retiré le vga=xxx, et hop. Depuis ça refonctionne.

Je suis cependant assez déçu de me retrouver en console moche... j'espère que ça se résoudra.
(et non, j'ai du mal à me résoudre à utiliser les drivers "nouveau" à la place de nvidia, pas envie de me prendre la tête avec des machins non aboutis qui marchent presque, et tant pis pour la gppl pour une fois, plus le temps de jouer)

merci pour ton conseil... mais j'ai supprimé le parametre vga, il y a un moment, sans que cela resolve mon probleme.

C'est effectivement un pb avec le pilote Nvidia, puisque cela fonctionne avec "nouveau".
Maintenant lorsque je n'absente au lieu de laisser le portable passer en veille je l'eteins :D
