Ceci est dû à la mise à jour de pacman (changement de version majeur). Cette option n'existe plus.
Tu dois avoir un /etc/pacman.conf.pacnew. Tu dois fusionner tes changements avec ce nouveau fichiers (qui dans ton cas sont assez limité).
