[XFCE4] Problème d'affichage en présence de SLIM(contourné)

Bonjour à tous !

Voilà, j'ai un problème sur l'ordinateur de ma soeur équipé de Arch i686 avec XFCE4-10 : Lorsqu-elle lance sa session à partir de SLIM, le fond d'écran ainsi que le clic droit sur le bureau ne fonctionnent pas. Par contre le clic droit sur la barre de tâches, dans thunar, ou bien dans toute autre application fonctionne bien.
C'est d'autant plus bizarre que ces problèmes ne surviennent par lorsqu'elle lance sa session par startx.

Son ~/.xinitrc :

Quelle est la ligne de commande qui lance l'environnement graphique dans le fichier /etc/slim.conf ?

La deuxième peut poser des problèmes car maintenat slim intègre le lancement "ck-launch-session"

C'est bien la première ligne qui est lancée dans SLIM.

Sachant que SLIM lance automatiquement consolekit, j'ai tenté de rajouter "ck-launch-session" dans le ~/.xinitrc pour pouvoir lancer consolekit à partir de startx. Malheureusement, le problème de SLIM ne se reproduit pas, et, comme précédemment avec un startx sans "ck-launch-session", j'arrive sur le bureau sans problème.

Tu montres ton fichier rc.conf, mais t'as oublié de mettre Slim dans les daemons.

Et sinon, en passant par le inittab ça donne quoi ?

Justement, slim est lancé à partir d'inittab comme précisé dans le wiki.

Pour info, on peut très bien démarrer slim dans l'inittab (ce qui est plus pratique pour la maintenance).

N'empêche que la "bonne" est startxfce4 (qui démarre xfce4-session et d'autres choses).

Lorsqu-elle lance sa session à partir de SLIM, le fond d'écran ainsi que le clic droit sur le bureau ne fonctionnent pas.

Elle utilise thunar ou a-t-elle du gnome d'installé (style nautilus) ?
On peut voir son log, /var/log/slim.log (au besoin à vider avant) ?

J'ai remplacé la mauvaise commande par la bonne mais ça ne change rien.

Pour la suite elle utilise thunar et je n'ai installé aucun paquets gnome (à part libgnomeui et gvfs).

Pour info, j'ai vidé le fichier alors que j'étais sur xfce lancé à partir de slim (donc sans bureau), j'ai ensuite redémarré normalement (sans sudo reboot, seulement avec la fenêtre de déconnection de xfce) puis je me suis reconnecté avec slim, après quoi j'ai récupéré le contenu du fichier.

... ça n'expliquera pas la différence de comportement entre startx et slim, mais histoire d'être sûr, est que find /home/son_home ! -user son_login (pas oublier le point d'exclamation) renvoie quelque chose ? Sinon, peut-être avoir la sortie de ps -aux en démarrant xfce via slim et via startx ?

Pour une action ciblée, essayez en mettant de côté ~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-desktop.xml déjà (avant de se connecter sous xfce). Pour du plus bourrin, ~/.config/xfce4/, mais là ça oblige à refaire sa configuration... Essayez de cibler.

J'ai mis de côté ~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml en renommant le dossier. Lors du redémarrage de la session, xfce4 demande la nouvelle configuration du bureau (normal) mais le bureau et le clic droit sur celu-ci ne fonctionnent toujours pas.

[EDIT] Je viens de tenter de mettre de côté ~/.config/xfce4 : la configuration se remet par défaut mais toujours le même problème de bureau...

Tu as essayer d'écraser le dossier ~/.config/xfce4 de ta soeur par celui de l'utilisateur test?

Car ton problème proviens de tes configurations de xfce dans le cas contraire tous tes utilisateurs aurait le même problème je pense.

@lekaf974 : tu veux dire supprimer celui de ma soeur et y copier celui de test ? Si oui je pense pas que ça change grand chose puisque j'ai essayé en supprimant celui de ma soeur pour xfce me fasse un nouveau ~/.config/xfce4 et ça n'a rien changé à mon problème

En dehors de ce répertoire, je ne vois pas ce qui pourrait interagir...
Ah si, peut-être... enlève juste le xfce4-desktop.xml ou ~/.config/xfce4 et en tous les cas supprime ~/.cache.

Dans le cas contraire, si tu as le temps, tu pourrais essayer de faire l'opération inverse en copiant progressivement ses fichiers de configuration chez l'utilisateur test, voir ce qu'il se passe (ou évidemment changer son home en virant toutes ses configurations, mais bof...).
