J'ai repoussé un certain temps la mise a jour de mon systeme au vu des ennuis previsible et du manque de disponibilité averé dans mon emploi du temps.
Du coup j'ai viré les paquet avec des paquets dans /bin /sbin /usr/sbin la commande paclist ....me donne plus que bash et filesysteme.

Tu as manifestement cassé quelque chose... et sérieusement.
Tu peux nous indiquer les manipulations que tu as faites rapport à la mise à jour de /usr/bin (et je parle bien des manipulations autres que les sorties de l'annonce) ? http://archlinux.fr/news/le-deplacement ... ise-a-jour

il est préférable de ne pas effacer à la main des fichiers dans la partition système, mais plutôt de passer toujours par des intermédiaires comme des commandes pacman de désinstallation ( sauf l'option "--force" à bannir sauf dérogation dans les news archlinux ), comme ça t'es sûr de ne rien casser, pacman fera office de garde-fou,
dans le cas de la news relative aux dossiers "/bin /sbin /usr/sbin" la meilleure méthode était de désinstaller via pacman les paquets que te renvoyait la commande de détection des paquets obsolètes ( c'est à dire non présents dans les dépots officiels à part AUR, surtout ne pas virer les paquets officiels présents dans les dépôts ), puis ensuite tu tapes les commandes de mise à jour dans l'ordre et tu redemarres uniquement si aucun message d'erreur apparait,
si tu as fait tout ça alors à priori c'est bon, mais je me méfie vu que tu parles d'avoir effacé à la main des fichiers ( risque accru d'erreurs quand on fait du "mv", "rm" and co ) et en plus ça fait un bail que tu n'as pas mis à jour ton système ( certains messages d'erreur liés à libpng15.so.15, puis les avertissements liés à grub2 ), combien de semaines de retard as-tu dans les mises à jour ?
J'ai lister les paquets non officiel. Je les ai pas "effacé" mais desinstaler avec pacman -R. N'ayant en regardant les différentes sorti des commandes proposé visiblement plus de fichier embêtant à par bash et filesysteme j'ai pensé que c'était bon et que ces deux paquet serait mis à jour en temps dans la foulé au vu des trois commandes proposé a la fin.
C'est tout. Seulement j'ai aussi a la maison une sorte de gremelin qui commence tout juste a marcher et qui a une facheuse tendence a me bouffé tout mon temps entre couche sale et tentatives de mettre les doigt dans la prises ou monter l'escalier a quatre pattes. Du coup ma vigilence est plutot concentré sur le monstre en ce moment. Bref ceci n'excuse pas tout mais explique déjà pourquoi j'ai repoussé la MAJ si longtemps. Mais là on a plus que arch a la maison (SEVEN est mort!!!!) donc je commencait a trouver ca urgent!!!!

Pour cette ligne, c'est selon si tu utilises sysvcompat ou pas. Tu regardes dans ton menu grub (?) et si tu as la ligne avec systemd, tu rectifies le chemin, sans quoi tu ne pourras pas redémarrer correctement.
Tu devrais réinstaller les paquets pango et cie dans le doute aussi (ceux dont les commandes /sbin et cie ont couiné)... mais a priori, tu devrais pouvoir redémarrer.

si tu as grub2 ( pas le grub-legacy ) le fichier de configuration se trouve dans /boot/grub/grub.cfg,
mais normalement avec grub2 il est conseillé de ne pas éditer mais de passer plutôt par l'intermédiaire de scripts dès qu'on veut modifier ou ajouter une entrée de menu :
