Je comprends pas ce que inotify_add_watch veut dire, malgré la traduction de google.

Tu n'aurais pas un problème avec ton disque ? Il y a quoi dans les logs avant et après concernant ce message ? Verifie les données smart du disque dur avec smartctl (paquet smatmontools), et le cablage.
