ton fichier sudoers n'est pas celui d'origine ? ou tu as mal recopié ? Nous avons justement en dernière ligne "@includedir /etc/sudoers.d" qui n'est pas dans le tien ?
Cette ligne dit justement de tenir compte des fichiers dans ce répertoire

Il manqué : @includedir /etc/sudoers.d elle est bien là

il est dans /etc/sudoers.d et lui demande un mot de passe pour gg
