Bonjour,
j'ai migré mon poste de maison sous Arch, après un long séjour sous ubuntu/debian lenny.

J'ai un problème.

Ma brother 2030 ne fonctionne pas.
Elle se met en route lors de l'impression mais n'imprime pas la feuille.

j'ai chercher sur google.
Le bug est connu avec cups 1.3 mais résolu sous Debian / Ubuntu (proposed)

Avez vous des informations ou une solution à mon problème?

Toujours les excellents tutoriels du wiki anglophone, très riches en info:

et si ça ne suffisait pas, il faudrait peut-être créer une règle udev (sous /etc/udev/rules.d/), et là je crois qu'il y a de la doc sur le site de Brother.

quand je fais "modprobe usblp"

j'ai rien qui apparait.

donc je fais un dmesg

peut tu m'en dire plus sur le udev?

Tu branches et allume ton imprimante, tu invoques lsusb, tu récupères l'identifiant de ton imprimante, et tu consultes les docs Brother:

J'espère que ça t'aidera.

/nous nous sommes croisés à quelques minutes : 04F9 c'est l'identifiant, tu viens de le donner.
