Error: Makepkg n'a pas pu construire le paquetage pcmanfm-fuse.
En fait je ne comprends pas trop (je savoure Arch depuis deux jours seulement ) d'où viennent les erreurs liées à "aclocal" alors que les fichiers en questions existent.
Est-ce que c'est ce qui empêche la compile ?

C'est ce que j'ai fait et ça marche parfaitement, mais il n'y a pas le support ftp/smb dans ce paquet de base, si ? Où alors je n'ai pas trouvé comment l'activer...

pas besoin le makepkg va toujours à la dernière par défaut
@Hiéroglyphe, archlinux possède 2 groupes que tout mainteneur de paquets estime installés sur la machine et si ce n'est pas le cas, c'est en connaissance de cause, c'est les 2 groupes proposés à l'installation:
base
base-devel
