Les nouveaux OCZ, ceux de Toshiba, ne sont pas aussi catastrophique, cela vaut je pense le coup de ressayer cette marque.

Normal le taux de retour des Vertex 3 était assez faible ~2%, par contre certaines gammes d'OCZ avaient ~50% de retour

J'ai un Crucial M500 2,5" pour laptop. J'en suis pleinement satisfait. Je n'avais pas les moyens à l'époque pour acheter un SSD chez Samsung (qui était alors le top en terme de perf) mais je ne regrette pas.
Il n'est plus vendu mais c'était, à mon sens, ce qui se faisait de mieux en rapport qualité/prix avec mon budget.

Bonjour,
merci pour toutes vos réponses (!!!), je vais effectivement acheter un nouveau SSD mais entre-temps mon Samsung 840 première série fonctionne mieux grâce au nouveau noyau linux 4.2 qui gère le mauvais firmware du SSD !!!

Je ne me rappelle pas avoir lu quelque part que Linux 4.2 gérait mieux les Samsung 840 Pro, et même dit comme ça, ça m'étonnerait.
Tu ne veut pas plutôt parler de la mise à jour de certains systèmes de fichiers effectuées dans Linux 4.2 par hasard ?

Le noyau linux 4.2 apporte des améliorations sur la prise en charge du NCQ trim :

Pour donner un exemple avec le Samsung 840 première série, le comportement était correct jusqu'à linux 3.10 environ, puis avec les noyaux suivants le SSD était utilisé en SATA 1.5 Gbps, et avec le noyau 4.2 j'ai de nouveau un meilleur débit.
Finalement, j'ai acheté un Samsung 850 Evo (je me demande pourquoi du coup), voici un extrait de dmesg avec linux 4.2 :

Un peu brutal comme façon de dire les chose (firmware buggé). Cette fonctionnalité est relativement nouvelle, et elle n'est pas vraiment supporté (non testé) sur certains SSD.
J'ai un Samsung 850 pro et les performances sont juste excellente. Le NCQ trim n'était pas utilisé avant, donc il suffit de le désactiver, tu n'auras aucune perte de performance par rapport à avant.
