Bonjour,

Je n'ai pas donné suite à ce sujet, mais voici où j'en suit actuelllement (je rappelle birèvement que j'ai un écran 24" 1920x1200 à gauche d'un 19" 1280x1024, le tout géré par une ATI 4870X2, carte bi-GPU):

Le problème de résolution en dual screen est à moitié réglé, dans le sens où j'ai un dual screen que j'ai configuré avec xrandr (les valeurs de résolutions sont fixées), non pas comme avant où c'était un peu "j'ai un dual screen, mais je sais pas où est configuré la résolution du dual screen".
En effet, après une "grosse" mise à jour (xorg, catalyst, etc) il y a 2-3 jours, mon serveur X ne démarrait pas. J'ai donc bidouiller pour reconstruire mon xorg.conf, et j'ai essayé à nouveau la commande xrandr, et, ô miracle, il affiche des informations correctes ! J'ai donc suivi le tuto d'ubuntu-fr.org concernant xrandr ICI, et xrandr fonctionne.

Apparemment une mise à jour de xrandr a corrigé le problème (utile à noter si d'autres avaient ce problème).

Cependant, le problème qui était que je ne voyais pas les messages que l'on laisse avec gnome avec session vérouillée n'est pas résolu, mais pour l'instant ce n'est pas important.

Le second problème que j'avais lors du premier message de ce topic concernait les mauvaises performances que j'avais avec ma carte graphique, alors qu'il s'agissait en fait l'oublie de ma part de remplacer le driver "vesa" par "fglrx".

Ce problème est de nouveau apparu. Par contre, je ne trouve pas d'où vient le problème.
A noter que je n'utilise plus compiz pour l'instant, car j'ai un problème qui apparemment est le même que celui-ci (sauf que la bande n'est pas noire, mais multi-colore, et qu'elle englobe le côté droit de mon 24" ainsi que la totalité du 19"): http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=293882

Le bon côté de la chose est que maintenant je me renseignerais avant de faire une mise à jour ...
