Bonjour,

j'ai un nouveau pc sur lequel je tente d'installer arch, j'en suis à l'étape serveur X + pilotes catalyst
Carte AMD radeon 7670M, j'ai également l'impression d'avoir une carte graphique intégrée au chipset intel du portable (que je ne peux pas désactiver via le bios)

j'ai installé les catalyst-hook, j'ai bien mis dans le fichier de config de pacman les repos pour xorg113 et catalyst.

lorsque je fais un startx j'ai une erreur, voiçi mes fichiers de log de X11 et de config.

Merci de corriger le titre de ton sujet (règles du forum...)

Sinon je crains que cela ne soit pas possible, tu ne pourras pas utiliser ta carte ATI, installe uniquement les drivers intel, supprime tout ce que tu as installé pour la carte ATI

ok merci.

juste une question, est ce que si je n'installe pas les drivers de la carte ATI elle sera tout de même en service ?
je n'ai pas besoin de puissance maximum sous linux, j'installe juste les drivers proprio pour mes ATI, pour éviter que le ventilateur ne s'emballe et me casse les oreilles, je veux juste trouver une solution pour éviter de faire tourner inutilement le ventilateur de la carte ATI, si avec la solution proposée ca règle mon problème je suis preneur, sinon si quelqu'un peut m'indiquer la possibilité de désactiver complètement la carte ATI (si c'est possible).

Bon j'ai viré tous les paquets catalyst, supprimé radeon du fichier modprobe.conf, installé xf86-intel-driver et libva-intel-driver, mais j'ai toujours une erreur au démarrage de X (pb d'écran à priori)

Si j'ai bien compris le truc, j'ai la même erreur qu'au tout début (avant que j'envoie le message), il ne me trouve pas d'écran, d'ou l'erreur sur le sujet du message avant que je ne le modifie sur demande de benjarobin.

Résolu après avoir modifier les fichiers de config de X11 pour ce qui concerne les fréquences supportées.
Fuseau horaire sur UTC+02:00
