j'ai un probleme quand je me connecte sur internet avec mon laptop dans un autre wifi ou reseau , pacman n'arrive plus a se connecter aux mirrors .

et pour info je viens d'actualiser la liste des mirror directement depuis le site Arch mais ça ne regle aucun probleme , voila un aperçu :

As tu bien Internet, tu y arrives depuis quel navigateur Web ?
L'accès à internet se fait via un accès publique (genre accès d'un Hotel) ? Qui demande un accès via une page Web ?
Est-ce que cet accès Internet nécessite un proxy ?
As tu modifié les serveurs DNS par défaut au lieu d'utiliser ceux fournit en DHCP ?

Les messages d'erreurs signifient que la résolution de nom ne fonctionne pas, il faut chercher dans cette direction. Quel est le contenu de /etc/resolv.conf ?

Et lorsqu'il y a ces erreurs avec pacman est-ce que la résolution de nom fonctionne en ligne de commande avec un ping par exemple :

je tiens aussi a preciser que pacman marche normal quand je me connecte au reseau Wifi (de la maison) , et je note aussi que c'est le meme reseau avec lequel j'ai installé Arch .

Merci pour ta patience, et pour répondre à toutes nos questions (de mon coté je peux continuer longtemps car je suis très curieux).

Tu n'as pas répondu à cette question : Tu n'aurais pas installé un firewall ou firejail, apparmor, ... Tu n'as pas un "antivirus", ou tout autre chose qui contrôle le flux internet ? Tu n'as pas un VPN de configuré / d'actif ?
(La plus-part de mes questions n'ont pas de sens, car curl fonctionne tout seul... Mais bon ton problème n'a pas non plus de "sens", donc je cherche un peu à des endroits improbable)

On va passer à l'étape supérieure du debug, on sort l'artillerie lourde. Il te faudra installer tcpdump.
Peux tu faire ceci (tout est à faire en root, bien remplacer eth0 par l'interface réseau qui est utilisé pour te fournir internet, par exemple l'interface de ta carte Wifi) :
Depuis un premier terminal : tcpdump -i eth0 -s 65535 -w curl.pcap
Puis dans un second terminal tu lances : curl -v https://mirror.jordanrey.me (Si la sortie est OK il est inutile de nous la redonner)
Et enfin te revient dans le premier terminal (une fois que la commande du 2ième terminale est terminée) et tu stop avec "Ctrl+C" la commande tcpdump

Puis tu refais exactement la même chose, en changeant curl.pcap par pacman.pcap et la commande curl par pacman -Syy

Puis tu refais la même chose pour curl et pacman, mais en utilisant any au lieu du nom de ton interface réseau, ce qui donne par exemple :
