pour slim, je ne sais pas comment on fait, il ne fonctionne pas du tout chez moi (failed to execut login command, il me repond ^^)

Pour éteindre et redémarrer sans être en root, configure-le avec sudo (visudo) pour que la commande shutdown ne demande pas de mot de passe.
Le reste je ne sais pas, je n'utilise pas fbpanel.

Edit : Pour urxvt, tu as pensé à demander à google? Voici sa première réponse avec le mot clé "urxvt archlinux".........

T'as pas parlé d'un problème avec Flash....
Si tu veux parler de sudo, la réponse à ton problème est expliquée noir sur blanc dans le wiki. Il suffit de lire.
