J'ai quelques soucis avec mes disques durs externes 2.5 de 1To.
En effet, j'ai l'impression qu'ils font planter mon système sous Archlinux (mais pas sous Ubuntu).

J'ai du mal à comprendre pourquoi. Cela ce voit surtout lors des transferts.

Je me demande si le disque est foutu ou si c'est mon arch vu que sous ubuntu j'ai pas trop eu de soucis.

Pour ça, smartctl(8)

Si ça ne plante pas sur Ubuntu, ça pourrait venir d'un module noyau cassé (mais concernant ext4, ça a de quoi faire peur.... sauf s'il s'agit du module USB ?)

Essaye fsck(8) pour vérifier que le FS est bien comme il faut.

Aussi, utilise à l'avenir les balises [code] pour des messages de logs

A première vue c'est un bug du kernel, ce qui explique bien pourquoi tu n'as surement pas de souci avec Ubuntu qui utilise un kernel plus vieux.
Même un disque défectueux ne devrait pas produire ce genre d'erreur, donc non je pense pas que tu es un souci avec le disque dur (après ce n'est que mon point de vue )
Bref tu devrais essayer le kernel linux-lts, et dans l'idéal aussi rapporter le bug kernel.

Ca semble pas etre un soucis de disque, de secteurs, car le transfert à fonctionner cette fois. Je continue mes tests, j'ai installé le noyau lts, faut que je boot dessus encore.

Le noyau LTS semble un peu plus instable, mon PC a quelques légers freezes puis reprends, il est nettement plus lent, par contre aucun soucis de transfert avec le kernel LTS

As tu installé tout ce qui faut au niveau des drivers graphiques ? En effet par exemple pour les drivers nvidia il est nécessaire d'installer la version lts

J'ai un chipset intel, rien de NVIDIA.

Le pc est moins réactif. Mais ca va, je vais m'en sortir en cas de bug de transferts ,je passerais en lts sinon je charge le kernel normal
