[PowerPC] Architecture invalide

Bonjour à tous

Je continue à vouloir installer Archlinux sur un Power Mac G5 ppc 64 bits double core.
Après quelques petits problèmes à l'installation (voir mes posts précédents), me voilà arrivé devant ma magnifique (si, si !) console.
Je tente un :
pacman -Syu
et voilà ce que ça donne :

en refusant de remplacer procinfo par /core/procinfo-ng, j'ai quasiment la même réponse.

J'ai voulu installer xorg et j'ai eu les mêmes réponses d'architecture invalide sur les paquets de xorg.

ça m'est difficile car je recopie ici sur un autre poste la sortie du Mac.
... ah mais je vois : pacman -Syyu --debug (donc avec 2 y)
Bon je vais relancer la bête et je reviens

Le problème est bien l'architecture à mon avis: "ppc64" ... côté dépôt, c'est x86_64, i686 ou any... ...

Pas s'il utilise les bon dépôts : http://www.archlinuxppc.org/
Tu utilise le dépôt ppc au lieu de ppc64 (d’ailleurs je ne sait pas s'il existe)

En faite le dépôt pour l'architecture ppc64 n'existe pas. Donc je ne vois qu'une possibilité, le kernel déclare la mauvaise architecture...
Car on ne sait pas si tu tourne en 32 bits ou 64 bits. D'ailleurs je ne connais pas vraiment l'architecture matériel PPC

Merci pour vos réponses... j'en conclus que je devrais essayer d'installer un kernel 32 bits sur ma machine 64 bits... je dis peut-être une grosse bêtise, mais bon... Si ça marche, je pourrai alors avoir accès au dépôt ppc 32 bits qui lui, semble exister ???

Donc en gros il fournisse le kernel en 64 bits, et après tu débrouille ? En gros tu compile tout...

Tu ne dis pas de bêtise du tout. Il te faut le kernel 32 bits et ensuite tu auras accès au dépôt ppc normal.
