[Xorg] Xorg figé après mise à jour (en attente)

Bonjour à tous, après un long mois sans mise à jour, je récupère mon netbook et effectue une upgrade complète. Tout fonctionne nickel, jusqu'au reboot ... Là, je me retrouve devant slim, mais ni la souris ni le clavier ne répondent :$
Je reboote sur ma vieille Ubuntu (j'ai un dual boot), passe en chroot pour enlever slim de mes services et modifier mon .xinitrc comme indiqué dans la doc, mais ca ne change rien, après un reboot, rien ne répond après mon startx ....
J'ai essayé de réinstaller Xorg, mon pilote intel, rien ne marche ... Et la config semi automatique ne parvient pas à générer de xorg.conf.new :$
J'aimerais vraiment éviter une réinstall, si quelqu'un a une idée, je suis preneur à fond !

Déjà ne pas réinstaller (pour quoi faire de toutes manières ? ... pour remettre à niveau et retomber sur le même problème ?).

De toutes manières, le xorg.conf est déprécié (il est préférable de mettre les configurations dans /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ ).
Ton dernier log de X (/var/log/Xorg.0.log ou alors le fichier "startx.log" que tu récupères en faisant "startx &> startx.log") nous sera précieux.

EDIT: grillé pour la demande de log... c'est très bien.

Ba je pensais faire une réinstall sans mettre à jour le xorg et tout ce qui est plus ou moins sensible, mais seulement les utilitaires (navigateur, client mail, traitement de texte, ...)
Je suis un peu perdu avec ce Xorg.0.log, je ne vois pas vraiment d'où peut venir le problème..
Ah, au cas où, même si c'est pas une super méthode, voici le message d'erreur que j'obtiens après X -configure (il y a p-e une info intéressante dedans, je sais pas) :

Ton log est propre... En dehors du fait qu'il n'y a effectivement rien de relatif à la souris ou au clavier (au passage, tu peux supprimer dans ton menu.lst l'option "vga", ça ne fait pas bon ménage avec les pilotes intel à cause de KMS)

Pourtant, je présume que tu as bien un /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-evdev.conf (vient avec xorg-server), avec éventuellement synaptics, et que ton matériel est bien vu (lspci/lsusb) ?
Tu peux éventuellement voir de ce côté aussi: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Xo ... d_settings (mais ça m'étonnerait, vu que ta souris n'est pas détectée non plus)

Solution de contournement, en attendant mieux, tu pourrais réinstaller la version précédente de xorg (1.9) à partir d'ARM.


EDIT: xgixp_drv.so... à moins que tu en aies besoin (je ne sais pas à quoi il sert), je te suggère de le désinstaller... mais c'est un pilote video, donc pour ton problème, aucune importance à priori (les méthodes qui aboutissent à générer un xorg.conf ne sont de toutes manières plus très utiles avec xorg>=1.8 ).

Sinon, je ne sais pas comment faire pour réinstaller l'ancienne version de xorg ? Avec pacman et une option spéciale ?

Il est impératif avec le driver intel de ne pas avoir l'option vga dans la ligne kernel !!!
Tu peux aussi configurer KMS pour qu'il se charge au plus tôt

Je viens de supprimer l'option vga dans la ligne de kernel de grub, et après reboot, le problème est toujours là

C'est normal... mais c'est de toutes façons mieux. (au passage, tu peux avoir KMS plus tôt, l'affichage est meilleur: http://wiki.archlinux.fr/Intel ).

Pour rétrograder: http://wiki.archlinux.fr/Downgrade#Arch ... ck_Machine (ou tu récupères les paquets qui t'intéressent depuis ARM et tu installes avec -U )

Tu pourrais aussi nous installer hwinfo (j'aime pô lspci et cie ) et nous communiquer:

Bizarre... à croire que X fait la grève d'udev (qui doit pourtant être lancé sinon comment il récupère la carte intel ? )... ou la détection est inexplicablement désactivée:
