La version que tu as installer est une version svn (depuis aur) et est plus récente que celle présente sur le dépôt community. Pour mettre à jour tu dois faire yaourt -Syua --devel
D'une facon générale, si tu as des paquets aur, il faut faire tes mises à jour avec yaourt -Syua plutôt que pacman -Syu

La sortie de pacman -Syu --ignore glibc t'indique juste que ton système est à jour, hormis glibc, ce qui est logique puisque tu lui a demandé de l'ignorer. Mais as tu fait pacman -Su après pacman -Syu --ignore glibc comme indiqué dans la new? http://archlinux.fr/news/le-repertoire- ... symbolique

Il faudrait que tu réinstalles nouveau-firmware... sauf que ce paquet n'existe pas ou plus... ou est spécifique à la ctkarch. Perso, je te dirai de l'enlever, de finir la mise à jour et de voir si X démarre encore (normalement oui car nouveau fait partie du kernel, si tu as xf86-video-nouveau et éventuellement nouveau-dri ça devrait aller)... Dans le doute, peut-être voir avec Caliméro ?

En fait tu dois déinstaller nouveau-firmware, mettre à jour glibc et redémarrer X.En principe ca devrait le faire.
Je ne suis pas suffisamment balaise pour t'aider d'avantage.
Tu peut aussi te mettre en rapport par MP avec le membre cité par FoolEcho.

Juste pour info, quand tu cherches un paquet installé sur ton système, il faut le faire avec -Q, sans quoi les paquets officieux (AUR, locaux ou non maintenus) n'apparaissent pas. Comme nouveau-firmware n'existe pas dans les dépôts officiels, tu ne pouvais pas le voir avec cette commande.
