Pour l'instant, je ne trouve aucun problème mais on ne sait jamais...

pacman -Qk grep

(en cas de problème, je te suggère de réinstaller grep, voire le groupe base)

Pour alsa, je ne sais pas. Louche pour ce qui est de /usr/sbin/alsactl: set_control:1328: failed to obtain info for control (le truc de la méthode générique, ça ne me formalise pas -- à tort ? -- je le vois tout le temps).

ton disque va bien ? Si soudain grep disparait c'est louche... Sauf si tu l'as effacé bien sur.

, mais exactement les mêmes erreurs (timezone) apparaissent au démarrage.

Ce ne sont pas des erreurs, mais des messages d'informations:

TIMEZONE= est déprécié. Voir rc.conf(5) pour les détails.

La notation rc.conf(5) indique une page de manuel : man rc.conf
Mais tu peux aussi voir la page de wiki rc.conf.
Sinon, en règle générale, quand quelque chose est déprécié, une fois que tu t'en sers plus, il faut la supprimer
